This Privacy Policy describes the data processing activities (particularly data collection, storage, and usage) carried out by QUANTUM SATIS Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) through the website k-safety.hu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy has been effective since April 30, 2023. The Data Controller ensures that the current version of the Privacy Policy is always available on the Website and at its registered office.

This Privacy Policy was prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), taking into account Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.). The terminology used herein corresponds to the definitions set out in Article 4 of the GDPR, supplemented in certain points by Section 3 of the Infotv. For issues not specified in this Privacy Policy, the GDPR and, where permitted, the Infotv. shall prevail.

The Data Controller is entitled to prepare a summary of this Privacy Policy for specific data processing activities and may ensure that data subjects acknowledge and accept the content of this summary by signing it. The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. If any modifications affect the use of personal data already provided by the data subject, the Data Controller will notify the data subject appropriately, for example via email. If your request cannot be fulfilled due to lack of identification or insufficient information, the Data Controller will request clarification. The time taken for clarification will not be counted within the statutory deadline.

The Data Controller will notify all recipients of any corrections, deletions, or restrictions unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You may request information about these recipients.

Right to Access You have the right to know:
